Platform Usage Rules

W123 users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities for unauthorised personal gain.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting odds.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or identity verification process.
• Engaging in any action that could damage the reputation, technical infrastructure, or business interests of w123.

W123 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, as well as reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the w123 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). w123 supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking and approved e-wallets.

The payment-related conditions are as follows:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the w123 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed once identity verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and may range from a few minutes to several business days.

Limitation of Liability

W123 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. w123's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the w123 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the property of w123 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from w123.
